Biscotti Fortini

Since 1991, the family tradition has been handed down from generation to generation in Forte dei Marmi , the land where Fortini biscuits were born. The peculiarity of these biscuits, in addition to the patient research carried out to find the perfect balance between the ingredients of their shortcrust pastry, is the making of the biscuits, which are rolled and packaged by hand , to guarantee their quality and ensure a longer-lasting freshness.
