These general conditions of sale govern the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via electronic network, from the official website of Finepasto Srls www.finepasto.it
1. Definitions
- Customer: Means the final consumer or user who places an order from the Finepasto Srls e-commerce site.
- Products: The goods offered for sale by Finepasto Srls through its e-commerce site.
- Seller: Finepasto Srls, which sells the products to the Customer through the website.
2. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
The contract stipulated between Finepasto Srls and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Finepasto Srls. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read and accepted all the general conditions of sale and payment reported here.
3. Purchase Method
- Product purchases are made by the Customer through the selection of products on the website and the subsequent sending of the purchase order, accompanied by all the requested information.
- The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Finepasto Srls through an email response, sent to the email address provided by the Customer
4. Prices and Availability
- All product prices are clearly indicated on the site and include VAT and any other applicable taxes. Shipping costs are indicated separately and clearly before completing the order.
- Finepasto Srls reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice, while guaranteeing the application of the prices indicated at the time of receipt of the order.
5. Payments
- Payment for the products can be made using the methods indicated on the site (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
- In case of payment by credit card, the charge will be made upon confirmation of the order. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only upon receipt of payment in the bank account.
6. Delivery
- Finepasto Srls carries out deliveries throughout Italy and Europe
- Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination and are specified in the order confirmation. Finepasto Srls will not be responsible for delays in delivery caused by third parties (couriers, etc.).
7. Right of Withdrawal
- Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication via e-mail to Finepasto Srls.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to tailor-made or clearly personalized products, nor to perishable goods.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
8. Privacy
- Finepasto Srls processes the Customer's personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and current Italian legislation on the protection of personal data.
- For further details, the Customer is invited to consult the privacy policy on the site.
9. Applicable low and competent court
- These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law.
- For any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these conditions of sale, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer is competent, if located in the territory of the Italian State.
