Malvasia Moscata Passi di Gio L'Autin
Malvasia Moscata Passi di Gio L'Autin is born from the recovery of an ancient native grape variety from the Pinerolo area, vinified as a passito to enhance its aromatic depth. The grapes dry naturally on racks until the end of February, before undergoing fermentation and aging for twelve months in oak barrels and special Luserna stone vats. The result is a brilliant golden nectar, characterized by an intense bouquet ranging from honey and custard to apricot and citrus.
On the palate it is enveloping and fatty, but supported by a mineral freshness that avoids cloyingness.
This structure makes it an ideal companion for blue cheeses or to finish a meal with dry pastries and leavened products.
