Eiswein Cuvée Bauer Norbert
Eiswein Cuvée Bauer Norbert is the result of a nighttime harvest carried out at temperatures below -7°C, which allows the frozen grapes to be pressed to obtain a must with a very high sugar concentration. The cuvée displays a golden yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose, it opens with an intense bouquet of exotic fruit, peach in syrup, and subtle notes of acacia honey.
On the palate, the pronounced sweetness is masterfully balanced by a crisp acidity, resulting in a clean and persistent finish. The maturation process aims to preserve the integrity of the fruit and the aromatic purity typical of ice wines.
Serve chilled as a dessert wine. Excellent with cream-based desserts, small pastries, fruit tarts, or paired with very mature, savory blue cheeses.
