Beerenauslese Cuvée Kracher Alois
Beerenauslese Cuvée , composed of Welschriesling and Chardonnay, is made from grapes affected by Botrytis Cinerea harvested in the Illmitz area.
The wine has an intense golden yellow color. The aroma is characterized by pronounced notes of honey, apricot in syrup, and notes of candied exotic fruit.
On the palate, the sugar density typical of the Beerenauslese category is supported by a marked acidity that gives freshness and drinkability.
Vinification takes place in steel tanks and large oak barrels to promote aromatic integration without overpowering the fruit. The finish is long and consistent with notes of yellow fruit.
It is ideal as a dessert wine, paired with creamy desserts, fruit-based pastries, foie gras or medium-aged blue cheeses.
