Praesepium Late Harvest Stachlburg Baron Von Kripp
Praesepium Vendemmia Tardiva Stachlburg Baron Von Kripp is made from a selection of Gewürztraminer grapes grown in the Parcines vineyards in Alto Adige, located at an altitude of approximately 650 meters. The harvest is late to allow for a natural concentration of sugars and the development of complex aromas on the vine.
After pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages in steel containers to preserve the varietal freshness.
On the palate, it presents a balance between residual sweetness and a pronounced mineral acidity, with notes of ripe exotic fruit, rose petals, and sweet spices. These characteristics make it a perfect after-dinner drink, paired with dry pastries, apple strudel, or blue cheeses.
