Umami Gin Audemus
Umami Gin is a bold product, entirely inspired by the fifth fundamental taste: saltiness. Its distinctive character is built on two pillars: Southern Italian capers, distilled to preserve a fresh, sea-fresh aroma, and a spirit infused with Parmigiano Reggiano, rich in glutamate.
After distillation, the gin matures for several months in ex-Cognac barrels, a process that refines its profile. The result is a fresh, slightly salty spirit with an inimitable flavor.
