The enterprising Liguria di Levante Passito Cà Du Ferrà is born from a selection of native grapes grown on heroic terraces overlooking the sea.
After manual harvesting, the bunches are left to dry naturally to concentrate sugars and aromatic precursors, followed by slow fermentation and aging that enhances its complexity. In the glass, it displays a deep golden color with amber highlights, releasing an intense bouquet of dried apricot, candied orange peel, and hints of Mediterranean scrub.
On the palate, it's dense and enveloping, where the honeyed sweetness is masterfully balanced by a marine savoriness and a vibrant freshness that lengthens the sip. This structural harmony makes it a perfect companion for blue cheeses or almond-based pastries at the end of a meal.
