Noctiluca Dulce Moscato di Alessandria Vinedos Verticales
Produced in the Axarquía region of Malaga , this naturally sweet wine comes from centuries-old Muscat of Alexandria vineyards located on steep schist slopes. The production technique involves asoleo, or natural drying of the grapes in the sun for approximately 11 days, to concentrate the sugars and aromas. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in small steel tanks and is interrupted by cold temperatures to maintain the desired residual sugar content. The aromatic profile is characterized by notes of honey, fresh herbs, citrus, and exotic fruit, supported by a pronounced minerality.
At the end of a meal, the combination of sweetness and acidity makes it suitable to accompany fine pastries, fruit-based desserts, dark chocolate or blue and mature cheeses.
