The Visciola and the Vin Nena and Vince Fattoria Nannì
Vin Nena e Vince is a traditional specialty from the Marche region, created by blending local grape must with sour cherries, a variety of wild cherries. It's made using an artisanal method that involves fermenting the must with the whole fruit, allowing for a slow extraction of aromas and colors.
The result is a wine with an intense ruby red color with purple highlights, characterized by an unmistakable bouquet of berries, black cherry, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and enveloping, with a perfect balance between the natural sweetness and the typical acidity of the sour cherry, which makes the sip agile and persistent. Its structure makes it a perfect after-dinner companion, ideal with chocolate desserts, red fruit tarts, or typical local pastries.
