In the setting of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines , a sweet product was born more than 150 years ago in a small artisan laboratory in Modigliana. The secret of its goodness is hidden in the processing phases, in the cooking, but above all in the quality and balance of the raw materials. Today Maurizio Mortani, owner of "Modigliantica" and sole holder of the secret recipe, continues the production of the Modigliana Chocolate Mandorlato and other typical products of the Tuscan-Romagnola cuisine, respecting and enhancing traditions.
