Tauromaquia Oloroso Sherry
Tauromaquia Oloroso is a generous Viejísimo wine from the DO Montilla-Moriles, although often labelled as Sherry due to its similarity.
Made from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, it ages oxidatively for at least 30 years in the Solera system.
It has an intense mahogany color and a penetrating aroma of nuts, raisins, spices and noble wood.
On the palate it is structured, warm but dry, with a slightly bitter and velvety finish.
Pure energy and power, ideal as a meditation wine or paired with red meats and mature cheeses.
