Vin de Glace Prince Stirbey
Made from grapes left to freeze on the vine, usually from the native Tămâioasă Românească grape, Prince Stirbey Vin de Glace represents a rare expression of natural concentration. Its color is golden yellow with amber reflections.
On the nose it opens with an intense and clean bouquet of dried apricot, candied orange peel and floral notes of rose and jasmine.
On the palate, the dense sweetness is supported by a vibrant acidic structure that gives balance and an elegant drink.
Vinification at low temperatures preserves the primary aromas, ensuring remarkable aromatic persistence with hints of honey and exotic fruit. Serve chilled as a dessert wine. It's ideal with fruit-based desserts, bloomy cheeses, or fine pastries.
