Rhine Riesling 10 Late Harvests 2002-11
Riesling Renano 10 Vendemmie Tardive 2002-11 is a sweet white wine obtained from the vinification of Riesling Renano grapes left to dry on the vine to concentrate sugars and acidity.
The distinctive feature of this cuvée lies in the blending of ten different vintages, from 2002 to 2011, each aged in steel tanks before the final blend. The extended maturation process allows for the development of complex tertiary notes, with hints of hydrocarbons, candied fruit, honey, and saffron.
On the palate, it presents a balance between the softness of the residual sugar and the mineral freshness typical of the grape variety, making it suitable for the end of a meal paired with small pastries, fruit tarts or mature and spicy cheeses.
