Giovi Zibibbo Grappa
Giovi Zibibbo Grappa is a distillate obtained from the pomace of the Zibibbo grape, also known as Moscato d'Alessandria, harvested in Sicily. Production follows the distillery's traditional method, using small wood-fired copper stills, preserving the distinctive aromatic intensity typical of this white grape variety.
The organoleptic profile is characterized by very distinct floral and fruity notes, with hints of orange blossom, citrus, and raisins. Despite the richness of its aromas, it remains dry and crisp on the palate, without any residual sugar. This combination of freshness and intensity makes it ideal as a post-dinner drink, effectively cleansing the palate while leaving a fine and lingering aromatic finish, typical of its original ingredients.
