Etna Grappa Giovi
Giovi Etna Grappa is a spirit made from pomace of Nerello Mascalese and Carricante grapes, grown on the slopes of the volcano. Distillation takes place in small, wood-fired copper pot stills, a traditional method maintained by the Giovi distillery to preserve the varietal aromas intrinsic to the Sicilian terroir.
On the palate, it is dry and clean, with aromas ranging from white-fleshed fruit to subtle mineral and floral notes. Its straightforwardness and well-balanced alcoholic strength make it ideal as a post-dinner drink, serving as a natural digestive and leaving a refreshing sensation.
