Grappa of Moscato Reserve Cornelio
The single-varietal, intense golden yellow grappa of Moscato Cornelio is a distillate obtained from 100% Moscato pomace. Its 42% alcohol content is the result of a skilled discontinuous distillation, which separates the substances by exploiting their different boiling points. The aging in large wooden barrels for 18 months gives it a unique aromatic complexity.
On the nose, Moscato expresses its sensuality with sweet floral notes, among which honey and vanilla stand out, deriving from the elevation in the barrel.
On the palate, the grappa is soft, full-bodied and full-bodied, with a pleasant sweetness and an enveloping roundness.
The fruity and warm hints, with a predominance of honey and chamomile, make the drink delicate and pleasant.
