The infusion of the Edelweiss plant in alcohol has a delicate flavor, not too sweet, reminiscent of chamomile.
The contents of the cylinder must be poured into the glass container together with 750 ml. of distillate of your choice (grappa or alcohol). It should be left to infuse for at least 20 days, shaking the jar from time to time to allow the sugar to dissolve. At the end it should be filtered and poured into a bottle.
