Recioto della Valpolicella Brigaldara is a wine made from a careful selection of the finest Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes. After being hand-picked, the bunches dry for approximately four months, concentrating their sugars and aromatics. On the palate, it expresses a velvety smoothness accompanied by intense notes of black cherry, berries, and sweet spices, maintaining a freshness that balances the residual sugars.
This wine finds its best expression at the end of a meal, where its aromatic complexity pairs well with dry pastries, especially almond desserts.
