Whiskey stout cask Teeling
The Teeling Whiskey Company and Galway Bay Brewery, one of Ireland's most celebrated craft breweries, have been collaborating for years on a modern interpretation of an Imperial Stout, aged just once a year in Teeling barrels. These small stout barrels are then reused to make a very fine whiskey with their rich, dark, malty influence. The result is a true celebration of taste-focused innovation.
On the nose: dark chocolate, truffle, sour apples, ocean spray
Taste: sweet malt, toasted barley, sour fruit, black cherries
Finish: Seville oranges, digestive biscuits, honeycomb and cream
