The vinification and subsequent aging reveal a highly elegant sensory profile, where notes of ripe apricot, acacia honey, and dried fruit blend with delicate citrus nuances. On the palate, it is dense and enveloping, maintaining a vibrant freshness and a savory character typical of the Verdicchio grape, balancing its sweetness, making the finish dynamic and persistent.
The structure of this white wine reflects the vocation of the Castelli di Jesi area, making it an ideal companion at the end of a meal, paired with dry pastries, mature cheeses, or jam-based desserts.
