Sangue di Giuda Oltrepò Pavese Fior Del Vento Picchion i is a sweet sparkling red wine produced with Croatina, Barbera and Uva Rara grapes grown on clay soils in Solinga.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel autoclaves to preserve the varietal characteristics and natural residual sugars. The aromatic profile evokes crisp red fruits and floral notes, with a fine perlage that enhances its freshness on the palate.
Thanks to its balance between sweetness and acidity, it is suitable for ending a meal paired with fruit-based desserts, tarts or small pastries, but also with medium-aged cheeses.
