Don Fà
Don Fà is a fascinating aromatized wine liqueur, heir to an ancient De Beaumont family recipe dating back to the 16th century. Produced in Irpinia from native red grapes (Aglianico, Barbera), it is flavored only with black cherry leaves and then fortified with alcohol and sugar, reaching 23% ABV.
The result is a garnet-colored product with intense aromas of black cherry and spicy, balsamic notes. Excellent as a refined after-dinner drink, it pairs perfectly with dark chocolate desserts.
