Tokaji Pallas Late Harvest Reserve Füleky
Pallas Reserve represents a superior selection of late-harvested Furmint grapes, often with a partial presence of berries affected by Botrytis Cinerea. The wine displays a deep, brilliant golden color. On the nose, it offers a complex profile of ripe apricot, candied orange peel, and delicate notes of saffron and vanilla derived from the expert aging in oak.
On the palate, the structure is dense and velvety, perfectly balanced by the region's typical volcanic acidity, which lends freshness and depth to the sip. The finish is remarkable, with hints of honey and sweet spices.
It is excellent as an after-dinner drink, pairing with aged or blue cheeses, foie gras, and dried fruit tarts or apricot jam.
