Auslese Cuvée Kracher Alois
Auslese Cuvée is composed mainly of Chardonnay and Welschriesling grapes, originating from the Seewinkel region, where the influence of Lake Neusiedl favors the development of noble rot.
The wine has a bright golden yellow color. On the nose, it expresses an intense bouquet of exotic fruit, with distinct hints of mango and passion fruit, accompanied by notes of white flower honey.
On the palate it reveals a silky texture and a precise balance between extractive sweetness and a vibrant citric acidity that makes the sip more lively.
Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fragrance of the primary fruit. It's an ideal after-dinner wine, pairing well with fruit-based desserts, sorbets, and even soft or light blue cheeses.
