Mottura Sergio Organic Grechetto
Muffo is a complex expression of Grechetto grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea), favored by the autumn mists that envelop the Umbrico and Mecone vineyards. After 12 months of maturation in oak vats, it displays a golden yellow color with amber highlights.
The bouquet is expansive, with hints of yellow flowers, tropical fruit, honey, and flint. On the palate, it is sweet and full-bodied, balanced by a pronounced savory character and lively freshness. Its elegant structure makes it ideal at the end of a meal, pairing it with pastries, cream-based desserts, or complex desserts.
It also goes very well with blue or aged cheeses served with honey.
