Blanc De Morgex Chaudelune Late Harvest Cave Mont Blanc
Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Chaudelune is a wine made from overripe grapes from the highest vineyards in Europe, at the foot of Mont Blanc. The late harvest occurs after the first frosts, allowing the Prié Blanc to concentrate its sugars and aromas. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of dried apricots, mountain honey, and notes of medicinal herbs.
On the palate, it's enveloping and dense, balanced by a vibrant freshness typical of the heroic viticulture of the Aosta Valley. Its structure makes it an ideal companion for dry pastries, apple-based desserts, or local blue cheeses.
