Giorgio Poeta honeydew honey is a honey with both vegetal and animal origins, one of a kind.
The color of this honey ranges from dark amber to brick. On the palate it is a slightly sweet honey, the taste recalls the smoky and balsamic smell of syrup and dates or panna cotta, of fig jam, slightly savory.
