Description
On the nose , Amaro Rubino Bio immediately reveals the essence of floral scents, where chamomile and elderberry intertwine with the enveloping sweetness of local wildflower honey.
On the palate, it reveals a surprising initial smoothness, then gives way to herbaceous and balsamic nuances, a tribute to the mountains where the hyssop and other aromatic herbs come from. A subtle hint of spice, provided by the caraway, precedes a slightly bitter but never aggressive finish, with a fresh hint of licorice that cleanses the palate.
