Zeni Teroldego Grappa is a single-varietal distillate made from the fresh pomace of Teroldego, the iconic grape variety of the Piana Rotaliana in Trentino. It is produced in small batch steam stills, a system that respects the aromatic richness of the raw material, allowing for the precise extraction of the characteristic notes of this red grape variety.
On the palate, it expresses a decisive and consistent structure, with clear hints of morello cherry and berries. The texture is solid yet balanced, free of harshness, making the spirit particularly effective at the end of a meal due to its ability to cleanse the palate and aid digestion. The finish is long and frank, true to the vigorous nature of Teroldego, offering a traditional and artisanal finish to the evening.
