Zeni Chardonnay Grappa

Zeni Chardonnay Grappa is a single-varietal spirit obtained from the fresh pomace of Chardonnay grapes grown in Trentino vineyards. Distillation takes place in batch steam stills, a method that allows the elegance and finesse typical of this international variety to be conveyed into the spirit, maintaining a consistently clean and rigorous aroma.

The sensory profile is characterized by delicate fruity notes, with hints of golden delicious apple and bread crust. On the palate, it is balanced and enveloping, with a structure that combines smoothness and vigor without being overly sharp.
