Zeni's Müller Thurgau Grappa is a single-varietal distillate made from the pomace of the eponymous grape, grown in the highlands of Trentino. The distillery uses batch steam stills to process the raw material, a technique that preserves the volatile aromatic compounds typical of mountain grapes, ensuring a final product of great purity and varietal precision.
