Grappa Amphora Marzadro
Softness, rounded taste and enveloping aroma. These are the qualities of Anfora , the Marzadro Grappa which brings with it all the qualities of traditional aging in wood with the particularity that its rest does not take place in a barrel but, precisely, in an amphora. A new technique that uses one of the oldest containers known to man, terracotta vases useful for transporting and storing wine, oil, honey and other foodstuffs.

Description
The amphorae chosen are a blend of clay and clay, materials that come from Montelupo and Impruneta, Tuscan towns known since the Middle Ages for the manufacturing and craftsmanship of ceramics and terracotta. An innovative technique for the distillates that we wanted to experiment with, obtaining excellent results: the micro oxygenation, double compared to that which occurs with the use of the barrel, enriches the Grappa in elegance and softness, thus giving the characteristics of aging without the classic wood flavor.
Anfora is a Grappa made up of a blend of pomace from native Trentino vines: 80% Teroldego, Marzemino and Merlot vines; 20% Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau and Moscato vines which give it typical and unmistakable aromas and flavors of this territory.
