Grappa Marzadro Affina Ciliegio 1L

Limited edition Marzadro Grappa , rounded and delicate in both smell and taste. Taste full of great personality, with a broad aroma and a fine and elegant bouquet. Complex but decidedly soft structure.

Coming from the pomace of red grapes such as Lagrein and Pinot Noir, which after delicate pressing are distilled in a bain-marie in the classic discontinuous still. The Grappa obtained rests for 10 years in small cherry barrels, to acquire a unique and unmistakable blend of aromas.

The wood used for the construction of the barrels (Prunus Cerasus) is seasoned for at least 26 months, while the curvature of the staves occurs through the steam bending technique combined with light toasting.
