Cuvees Villa Rinaldi distillate
Cuvees Distillate represents the noble wine brandy of the Villa Rinaldi winery obtained from the artisanal distillation in ancient stills of all the Classic Method Sparkling Wines of Villa Rinaldi and the yeast colonies present in them. Thanks to the ancient practice of dégorgement à la volée still carried out by the Maison today, it is possible to collect this yeast which, once distilled, will give this spirit a bouquet of great refinement. The long aging in French oak barriques will give it a warm, amber color.

Description
Floral bouquet with hints of flowers and fruity with notes of candied orange peel, which rise to more structured hints of blond tobacco and cocoa. On the palate it is round and enveloping. Inebriating if accompanied with bitter chocolate.
