Ginepraio - London Dry Gin
Ginepraio London Dry is the result of a refined alchemy between three different types of berries: Riviera, Chianti and Valtiberina. Distinguished by soil, climate and altitude, which characterize the terroir, they give the blend its unmistakable peculiarities.
Ten days of infusion with the addition of helichrysum, angelica, dog rose petals and rose hips, coriander and orange and lemon peels which give Ginepraio the right mix of aromas. Seven botanicals to leave a pleasant symphony in your mouth.
The 45° alcohol content balances every cocktail.
The distillation takes place at low temperature using a discontinuous copper still. Two months of rest follow before bottling.

Description
Ginepraio London Dry Gin amazes the sense of smell with a strong hint of wild juniper immediately softened by the dog rose and the herbaceous hints of helichrysum.
The juniper explodes forcefully in the mouth, to which is added the rose and the balsamic note of helichrysum. The spiciness of the coriander is immediate and fades into a persistent finish of slightly citrus notes.
