Ginnastic Classic London Dry Gin is produced using a traditional distillation process, infusing selected botanicals into high-quality grain alcohol.
The aromatic profile is led by juniper, which imparts the classic resinous and balsamic notes. The recipe includes coriander seeds for a spicy and citrusy nuance, angelica root for persistence and earthy notes, and fresh citrus peel that adds brightness to the bouquet. On the palate, it is dry, clean, and well-structured, free of added sugars as required by the London Dry regulations. The finish is dry with a subtle hint of black pepper and licorice.
