Simple things are good if done with love: The Zabà project was born in the Torre dell'Eremo di Pecetto (TO), together with a group of disabled children.
Simplicity and tradition are the peculiarities of this zabaione which takes you back to the genuine flavors of the past, thanks to its fresh ingredients with eggs from "happy" free-range hens and 100% Italian sugar. The result is an eggnog cream that is not at all cloying given by a balanced blend between the traditional recipe from the Langhe and that of the Turin tradition. This jarred eggnog paired with peanuts becomes a dessert that is impossible to resist.
