Aleatico Elba passito Mola
Mola's Aleatico dell'Elba is a passito wine with great character, made from the native grape of the same name, whose bunches are meticulously dried in the open air under the island's sun.
This natural process concentrates sugars and aromas, giving an intense sensory profile with notes of morello cherry, plum jam, and Mediterranean scrub, enriched with nuances of dried rose.
On the palate, it is dense and velvety, with a significant sweetness masterfully balanced by subtle tannins and a distinctive marine flavor. Its structure and persistence make it a perfect after-dinner companion, ideal with dark chocolate, traditional Schiaccia Briaca dell'Elba, or very mature blue cheeses.
