Vino Santo Trentino Nobles Magnum
Vino Santo Trentino Nobles is produced exclusively with Nosiola grapes, the only native white grape variety in Trentino.
The bunches are dried for approximately six months on traditional racks, taking advantage of the Ora del Garda wind and the development of noble rot. After pressing, which takes place during Holy Week, the must ferments and ages in small French oak barrels for over ten years.
On the palate it has a dense structure with a natural residual sugar balanced by a marked acidity.
Notes of honey, dried apricot and dried fruit characterize the organoleptic profile, making it suitable to accompany the end of a meal in combination with dry pastries or very mature blue cheeses.
