Giovi Vodka has its roots in Sicilian history, produced exclusively from the distillation of prized local ancient grains. The fermented product is processed through double column distillation to ensure maximum purity, followed by a six-month aging period in steel.
To achieve the optimal alcohol content, the distillate is diluted with pure water from the natural springs of the Peloritani Mountains and subjected to four stages of activated charcoal filtration. The result is an extremely clean and silky spirit, perfect for enjoying after a meal. Its clean structure and the natural sweetness of the grain offer a refreshing finish that cleanses the palate with elegance and understatement.
