Rum Don Papa
Rum produced in the Philippines, known as "Philippine sugarcane rum" is famous for its quality and distinctive flavor. Many of the varieties of rum produced in the Philippines, including Don Papa, are made using sugar cane sourced primarily from Negros Island. This type of rum is often aged for several years, specifically 7, to develop complexity and depth in flavours.
