Sipsmith

Sipsmith is a London-based craft gin distillery, founded in 2009 by Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall. It was the first copper still distillery to open in London in nearly 200 years, marking the beginning of a gin renaissance in the British capital.

Sipsmith's philosophy is to produce the highest quality gin using traditional methods and meticulous attention to detail. Their flagship product is London Dry Gin, a classic, dry gin with a pronounced juniper flavor balanced with notes of citrus and spice.
