Citadelle

Citadelle was born from the intuition of Maison Ferrand within the historic Château de Bonbonnet, with the aim of reviving historic French artisanal distillation. The house uses traditional direct-flame Charentais copper stills to extract precise and complex aromas, applying the centuries-old expertise of the Cognac terroir.

This production philosophy aims to create spirits with a rich, long-lasting profile, ideal for enjoying neat at the end of a meal.
