Citadelle Jardin d'Étè London Dry Gin
Citadelle Jardin d'Étè London Dry Gin is inspired by a summer garden and is produced using an open flame distillation technique in small Charentais stills.
The recipe includes 22 botanicals, including Charentais melon, whole lemon pulp, orange peel, and yuzu. On the nose, the profile is distinctly fresh and sunny, with dominant citrus notes combined with the delicate sweetness of melon.
On the palate, the entry is soft and silky, with an aromatic progression that recalls white flowers and juniper resin, maintaining a dry and clean structure.
The finish is lingering and refreshing, with a hint of lemon zest and a light touch of spice. It's a perfect finish to a meal, served neat over ice or in a gin and tonic garnished with a slice of melon or orange peel. It pairs well with fruit sorbets or small summer pastries.
