Santadi

Cantina di Santadi is a Sardinian cooperative in the Sulcis region, renowned for its Carignano and wines that express the rural tradition and minerality of the area. The vineyards, grown on loose, sandy soils, produce wines with great character and structure, ideal for finishing a meal.

The producer's Finepasto selection features bottles dedicated to dessert and meditation, showcasing in particular its wine made from overripe Nasco grapes left to dry naturally on the vine. This wine pairs well with typical regional desserts or aged and blue cheeses, ensuring gastronomic coherence.
