Distilleria Belfiore is a Sicilian artisanal distillery located in Giarre, at the foot of Mount Etna, born from Maurizio Belfiore’s passion for crafting spirits and liqueurs using local botanicals and raw materials. The distillery occupies the same historic space once used by his grandparents, and focuses on ingredients such as wild Etna artichoke, Sicilian citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and spices, carefully selected to express the island’s unique character.
Production ranges from gin and vodka inspired by volcanic botanicals to a line of Sicilian Spirits and traditional liqueurs, blending artisanal processes and traditional distillation. These spirits also work well as after-dinner choices, bringing Sicily’s terroir to the table in every sip.
