Audemus Spirits is a boutique micro-distillery founded in 2013 and located in the heart of the historic Cognac region of France.

The company adopts a highly artisanal and experimental approach: it uses a vacuum distillation system, a technique that allows botanicals to be processed at lower temperatures and preserve their freshness and complexity—a methodology that combines traditional knowledge and innovation.

Each batch is crafted in small volumes, with select botanicals, attention to detail, and a refined aesthetic: the result is a production of distinctive spirits, designed for moments of mindful tasting or as design objects in the world of fine drinking.
