Angileri Fortified Zibibbo
Zibibbo Liquoroso Angileri is a fortified wine that celebrates the aromatic richness of Sicily, made from Zibibbo (Moscato di Alessandria) grapes grown in the sunny Trapani area. The nose seduces with an intense bouquet of candied fruit, orange honey, dried figs, and characteristic notes of orange blossom. On the palate, it is warm, velvety, and harmonious, with an enveloping sweetness that accompanies a long finish rich in citrusy aromatics.
This wine represents the ideal conclusion to a meal, lending itself magnificently to accompany Sicilian dry pastries, almond-based desserts, fruit tarts or blue cheeses, enhancing the complexity of Mediterranean flavours.
