White Myrtle U-Tabarka
Mirto Bianco U-Tabarka is a less common and more delicate specialty than the traditional Sardinian liqueur.
Unlike the Red version, this liqueur is made primarily from the maceration of myrtle leaves and young shoots (rather than ripe berries). This process gives the liqueur a clear, transparent color and a fresh, balsamic, and extremely aromatic flavor, with gentle, less harsh notes. Artisanally produced on the island of San Pietro (Carloforte), it maintains an alcohol content of 28% ABV.
Perfect to enjoy chilled as an elegant and refreshing digestive, ideal for those who prefer a less sweet and more herbaceous flavour.
